Book an appointment

You can book an appointment to see one of our surgeons via one of three methods.

Telephone: (08) 6245 5535 – Our friendly reception staff will be able to take your call between 8.30am and 5pm on Monday to Friday. They can then discuss and book your appointment in when it suits you. 

Online request: If our reception office is closed or you wish to send us a message online, our online form is available for you to fill out at anytime. This will be sent to our reception staff who will respond to your query and book your appointment when they are back at the office.
